Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What We Collect

• When you place an order: name, email address, billing address (when required by the payment gateway), and the items you purchased.
• When you contact us: the email content you send, plus any reply correspondence.
• When you browse the site: anonymised analytics via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personally-identifying data is recorded).
• Theme & preference data (chosen theme, era, audio setting) is stored locally in your browser via localStorage. It never leaves your device.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or behavioural-profiling cookies.
• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not process card numbers ourselves. Payment is handled by our chosen gateway (Razorpay / Stripe) and we only see the order ID and payment status.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a few third-party services to operate the site.

• Cloudflare Pages, hosting and content delivery
• Plausible Analytics, cookie-free traffic metrics
• Razorpay / Stripe, payment processing (introduced in a future update. You will see their checkout page when you click Buy)
• Anthropic / Google / Groq / Cloudflare AI, used inside the AI Labs only if you opt in by entering your own API key
• EmailJS, sends the contact-form messages on our behalf
• GitHub, source code and CMS commits

Each of these has its own privacy policy.

Your Rights

Under applicable data-protection law (including India's DPDP Act), you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete that data
• Withdraw consent for further processing
