1. Services & Digital Products

The consulting, coaching, and training services described on this website are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. Digital products are delivered as time-limited download links after successful payment.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. GST is included where applicable. International customers may be charged a foreign-exchange conversion fee by their card-issuer or bank, which is outside our control.

3. Delivery

Digital downloads are available immediately after payment confirmation. The download link is valid for 24 hours and can be requested again via support if it expires. Consulting engagements begin within 5 business days of the kickoff invoice being settled.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of Varun Vashisht. Purchase grants you a non-transferable, single-user licence to use the materials. Reselling, repackaging, or redistribution is not permitted.

5. Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services or products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
